Why From the Well

Social media are now mostly built to hold attention. That does not make people happier or society healthier. Municipalities, NGOs and other mission-driven organisations have knowledge that really helps people. From the Well helps them turn that knowledge into content that performs. That is how we build a world in which social media help people move forward.

Why we need you

From the Well is up and running. The product works, mission-driven organisations use it and demand is growing. This is the moment to scale up, and we want a co-founder for that. Someone who owns the commercial side, who sells, builds relationships and, based on what customers say, helps shape product and direction.

After a year, you will see that in three things.

Who we are looking for

• You are strong at selling and at building relationships.
• You are analytical enough to improve the whole process yourself.
• You want to work for a better world. For you, the mission comes before revenue.

It is a plus if you have started a company before or helped build one from the start, or if you have a network in the public sector or the impact world.

What you do

• You sell yourself and close deals.
• You build relationships with partners and resellers.
• You map the whole process and keep improving it.
• You help shape the product and what customers need.
• You help set the course of From the Well.

Who you work with

You become the third founder. We create the demand with research, stages and trainings, and build the product. Together with you, we decide where From the Well is going.
